In an interview on the H3 Podcast that she was raised by her grandma until she turned 3. Kenneth Taylor (an American expat) and Eden Taylor, a foster family member, adopted her. The Poarchs stated that during the following 10 years, Poarch spent most of her time working in the family farm. Bryner, her younger brother Bryner as well as two of her older siblings have also been adopted. The family relocated to the United States in Texas when she was 13, with the exception of two older sisters, who remain in the Phillipines.
